Terms of Use

These terms of use (“TOU”) govern the website of Cyngular Security, Ltd. (“Cyngular”) at
https://www.www.cyngular.com (the “Site”), and certain internet services, text, information, graphics, video, downloadable documents, and other content (collectively, “Content”, together with the Site, the “Services”). The TOU, together with Cyngular’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.www.cyngular.com/privacy-policy (“PP”), constitute the entire agreement between Cyngular and the User.

By attempting to use or access the Services, the User agrees to fully comply with the Terms. If the User does not accept the Terms, they must stop using the Services immediately.

Cyngular may modify the TOU from time to time. Any amendments will take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended TOU.

The Services do not include access to the Cyngular platform. Users may request a demo, which will be governed by separate terms provided before access.
2. Representations
By using the Services, the User represents that:
- The User is not under 18 years of age;
- The User is authorized to use the Services;
- The User agrees to the TOU;
- The User’s use of the Services complies with applicable laws.
3. Ownership

All ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the Content (excluding Third Party Content) remain with Cyngular, its affiliates, or licensors. The TOU do not transfer any ownership rights unless explicitly stated.

Any suggestions or feedback provided by Users (“Suggestions”) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Cyngular may use these Suggestions without compensation to the User.
4. Third Party Content

The Site may include Third Party Content, such as icons, links, or other materials. Cyngular does not endorse or guarantee Third Party Content and is not responsible for it. Access to third-party websites is at the User’s own risk.

Links to Cyngular’s social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn) are governed by the respective social media platform’s terms and policies.
5. Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Cyngular and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the User’s:
- Use of the Services;
- Use of Third Party Content;
- Violation of the TOU;
- Violation of third-party rights.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cyngular disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cyngular does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cyngular is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Cyngular’s total liability is limited to USD $100. No claims may be brought more than 60 days after the cause of action has accrued.
8. Miscellaneous
- In the event of a conflict, the TOU prevails.
- Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
- Cyngular’s rights under the TOU survive termination.

The TOU are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.

Cyngular reserves the right to terminate or modify the Services at its sole discretion without notice.
